Wakatu Quay

An exciting project to have been part of for our company – proudly local, delivering a stunning design by Warren and Mahoney. The initial building for the Kaikōura District Council provides a venue for hospitality and tourism operations, and the surrounding areas provide space for community events, areas to play, walk and fish from.

The building is clad in marine-grade aluminium which provides long term resilience and blends with the stunning limestone geography. Read more about the design perspective here:
